Yes. Dealer Essential integrates with your existing RouteOne account. If you don't have RouteOne yet, we can help you get set up—most dealers are approved within a few days. RouteOne pricing is separate from Dealer Essential.

Which lenders can I submit to through RouteOne?

RouteOne has 1,800+ lenders including Capital One, Ally, Chase, Wells Fargo, all the major captives, and hundreds of regional banks and credit unions. You choose which lenders see each deal based on credit profile and your relationships.

Can I still submit directly to lenders outside RouteOne?

Absolutely. Dealer Essential also has direct integrations with Westlake, Credit Acceptance, and others. RouteOne is one channel—use whatever works for each deal.

How do decisions come back to me?

All approvals, declines, and conditions flow back into your Dealer Essential dashboard in real-time. No logging into RouteOne or individual lender portals to check status. You see everything in one place.

Does this work for BHPH dealers?

RouteOne is primarily for indirect lending (banks financing deals). If you're BHPH, you'd use our in-house financing tools instead. But many dealers do both—retail finance through RouteOne for better credits, BHPH for subprime.

What if a lender needs additional documentation (stips)?

Stipulations appear in your dashboard with the approval. Upload docs directly through Dealer Essential—they flow to the lender. Track what's outstanding and what's cleared, all in one place.

How long does setup take?
